About the Author

Antoinette Noonan is a NYC based Pastry Chef and adventure travel enthusiast.  She has a degree in English and Communications from Fordham University and  a Grand Diplome in Pastry Arts from the International Culinary Center (formerly the French Culinary Institute).  She has worked in the finest kitchens in the US and France and has lived to tell about it!  Whether she is hiking the Inca Trail, camera in hand, or creating new desserts, spatula in hand, you can be sure that life will never be boring.  Follow her on her quest to touch ground in 50 states, seven continents, and however many countries there are on this beautiful planet, all the while enjoying local culture, food, and good cheer.  Adventure awaits…
